Karabiner modification Not working with Logitech MX keys

I created some modifications which is right command to f18, but when I push right command, it doesn't convert into f18.

This only happens in MX keys and not the other keyboards. Any advice would be really helpful!

I both checked MXkeys and USB Receiver and released USB receiver as above. And it works!
