Bulma CSS tag class conflicts with Prettier CSS
Prettier adds the class tag to HTML tags when doing syntax highlighting but it seems this is the same name Bulma CSS uses for something else causing a poorly rendered output:

Bug: Rule `no-invalid-meta` falsely reports issues for microdata itemprop meta tags
Per the spec:
If a meta element has an
itempropattribute, thename,http-equiv, andcharsetattributes must be omitted, and thecontentattribute must be present.
This is related to issue #1275 which address the same problem with the property attribute. This ticket is reference to the itemprop attribute.

Prior to this change, the old version of Gulp stopped working. Any new dev attempting to work on this project found themselves without the ability to build.
- Some build tools were assumed installed global
- Jade was replaced by Pug
- Gulp significantly changed their API
- "Gulp files seem overly complex for what they do and the plugin ecosystem adds a layer of complexity towards the simple command line tools underneath"
- "Npm scripts are simple but they get out of hand pretty quickly"
- "Makefiles are simple, better for more complex processes but they depend on bash scripting"
This change:
- Removes Gulp
- Adds Tasksfile
- Converts Jade files to Pug files
- Recreates all tasks from gulpfile into tasksfile format
- Adds all dependencies needed to develop the project
- Keeps the NPM scripts to match what they were previously
To run tasks directly use npm run task <taskname>
I introduce the following tasks:
clean, deploy, watch, serve, build, build:css, build:html,
