Using sapper export for an unknown basepath
I want to export a Sapper application to an unknown basepath. The reason behind this is that I want to deploy it on a crypto-deploy system, which basically hosts the app in a subdirectory, named after the transaction ID of the deploy. (Example URL: url.com/transaction-id-here)
I already figured out how to replace basepaths in the exported code to the transaction IDs, but I have a problem:
When I use sapper export --basepath my-basepath and set the server.ts file to host from the /my-basepath path, the routes still redirect to the base dir of the site. Now I do use absolute paths in redirects/links and goto()s (with slashed before the routes), but is there a way to tell Sapper to place the basepath before these links/redirects and goto()s?

The syntax has changed when importing types that are not used as variables in deno v1.4.4.
You must use import type instead of import if you don't want this error to be raised :
error: TS1371 [ERROR]: This import is never used as a value and must use 'import type' because the 'importsNotUsedAsValues' is set to 'error'.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
process is a reserved variable by node. Typescript will always throw an error when using process.browser, because the browser field does not exist on the process type.
Describe the solution you'd like
Renaming the process variable to env or some other name related to environment would solve this issue.
Describe alternatives you've considered
// @ts-ignore always works, but it is not a good practice
How important is this feature to you? I think it is very important to not just me, but everyone using Sapper with Typescript. Linting and everything would be easier after this change.
