Better error message when SIGNING_KEY isn't present
I forgot to add the SIGNING_KEY to my .env but the error message I received was UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: TypeError: Cannot read property 'words' of undefined which isn't helpful at all. A better error message would have saved some time.

@sakulstra Apologies for not being clear, and I wrote the totally wrong thing (should be process.env.SIGNING_KEY not process.env.GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET), what you've got is perfect. I'm suggesting in addition to show in the readme that the signing key needs to be passed into the apiProxy and previewHandler functions.
For the apiProxy, from this:
