Allow compacting events by removing "empty" data, where the definition of empty is configurable.

Example

Given this event:

{

	"b": "",
	"c": null,

}

And this remap function:

. = compact(., recursive = true, string = true, null = true, map = true, array = true)

Would result in:

{
  "a": "a"
}

The defaults are:

• recursive: true
• null: true
• string: false
• map: false
• array: false

This PR introduces a utility script for CUE command - scripts/cue.sh. It also rewrites the check-docs script using the scripts/cue.sh.

The goal of the script is to make it easier to use the cue in the everyday life:

• instead of

  find docs -name '*.cue' | xargs cue eval --all-errors -e 'components.sources.kubernetes_logs' -c`
  

• one would simply do

  scripts/cue.sh eval -e components.sources.kubernetes_logs
  

This is far less typing.
