When somebody removed condition via UI and then wants to recreate it, its not possible unless doing terraform state rm... This fixes this issue and also fixes the case when somebody changes the condition via UI manually

When somebody removes Default reviewers condition manually via BB UI (it's not possible to forbid just this via BB ACL), terraform fails and it cant recover unless you manually remove the resource from tf state via terraform state rm ...

This ignores missing resource same way we do it for most of the resources.

Yes, there are two ways you can do that.

if you want to do it directory in the kubectl_manifest resource, you can just use a templatefile from Terraform v0.12+ -> that supports the variable interpolation:

When using the current version of the provider (v1.6.1) I receive the following error:

Error: Failed to instantiate provider "kubectl" to obtain schema: fork/exec /Users/adam/.terraform.d/plugins/terraform-provider-kubectl: exec format error

To produce the error, I have downloaded the provider with the 1 liner script in the docs, then simply done a terraform validate

Hey @adamcrews , as part of publishing this provider to the terraform registry, I needed to update the release artifacts to now publish zip files instead of the raw binaries. Likely it is failing as from the looks of the error that you'll need to update the one-liner to support unpacking the zip. Hi @linuxbsdfreak, yes you can use native terraform templating to inject the yaml_body (it's just a string from the provider's perspective).

Typically I use it via the kubectl_path_documents data source, which itself supports a templating style via vars. Docs on the templating are available here: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/gavinbunney/kubectl/latest/docs/data-sources/kubectl_path_documents#example-template-with-directives

It would be useful to have a datasource that could pull documents from the internet. So instead of having 1,000 lines of YAML embedded in the .tf, just provide the URL to the YAML and voila!

Apologies if this is already possible, but I was looking for a way to apply a kubernetes yaml file with a target namespace, as in...

$ kubectl -n <namespace> apply -f <filename>.yml

I was hoping that this would work...

hello , i'm starting to use terraform cloud and actually i need to apply some manifests in my cluster but natevly i don't have a resource to do it. I like tools because it solve my problem very fast and very well but my question is : can this plugin work on Terraform Cloud. ???

Problem: Usualy I am using remote state backend and TF is running in CI pipeline, but its very risky to output these secrets to stdout...

Options: Would be super useful ( crucial feature for me ) to have yaml_body_sensitive option as input for resource to hide manifest/manifest change in diff ( apply/plan/destroy ).

Maybe some auto hiding when kind = Secret would do the job, or custom input filter like sensitive_kinds=[] for CRDs...

Another possible option ( best, but hardest ) would be to specify input map like secrets = {} with secrets and do the templating inside the provider and expose whole manifest with obfuscated values.

Use case: Template manifest files with secrets with terraform ( datasourced from other resources ) and deploy to k8s.

Alternative providers with hidding support: Even official kubernetes provider and kubernetes_secret resource is hiding whole secret's data value.

Altered the PrintTerminalErrors func to write to stderr rather than stdout.

Currently if you are piping the output of nelson and the command fails (say when you can't reach the server due to VPN etc), no errors are printed as they are swallowed by stdout:

$ nelson --timeout 2 stacks list -n dev | grep asd
Unable to list stacks.

This change ensures that the errors returned are actually printed to better inform users.

• Added a flag to specify whether to import groups that already exist in bitbucket along with functionality to import those groups into the terraform state

• Changed the error checking when importing an existing group for bitbucket so that the duplicate group error is not thrown

• Added two acceptance tests

• Updated the ReadMe.md with accurate instructions since the previous ones were not working for us

• Updated the Makefile to set the maximum number of files allowed to be open to 1024 since 256 was too few. We called ulimit -n 1024 to do this for the testacc and testacc-bitbucket targets.

• Changed the start-docker-compose.sh to use the bitbucket server environment variable so that it doesn't always refer to localhost

• Skipped some testcases that are consistently failing in master branch

• Added a version.env file to be used to control the versioning from CICD builds

• Set version to 1.4.0

When setting requiredApprovals to 0, it's being omitted when converting to buffer and BB API returns error because that field is required.

The kubernetes.pod_container.accelerator.request metrics mentioned in the docs for pod_container is missing. There doesn't appear to be any references to that metric in code, also confirmed that it's not available in our Wavefront instance.
