Basically I removed duplicated code. No need to add new types to the SupportedTypesHolder unless they can me mapped to already existing types in the ItemType.
This is backwards-compatible as long as users stick to the documentation: group should have group type (as it is in the documentation), groupBar won't work anymore (this was a mistake in the code).

- cleanup in config parser (there were two parts reading the same, one was never executed)

- rewrite from NSScrubber to NSScrollView. mainly to fix open/terminate of the wrong app (not the one being touched), but also to fix extra dock reloads

wow, 11.2 is still in beta. actually even 10.2 will suffice, it already comes with swift 5.0. Xcode 11 up to 11.1 is fine too.
