Move the 4-6 scenarios to the latest release

This PR:

• fixes Codesandbox Core examples not rendering broken image URLs and React examples from failing to build due to missing image imports as follows:
  • updates codesandbox template to point example images back to where they live on patternfly.org rather than trying to upload assets to codesandbox site.
  • updates webpack config to use file-loader for gifs and svgs

Made each edit except instead of adding punctuation to the "Configure a new repository" line under "Progressive disclosure," I removed the "a" to make the line a fragment so that each radio button corresponds to similarly structured/punctuated content.

Update microcopy in form visuals to align with PatternFly best practices:

• ~Add period after "Configure a new repository" in the screenshot below "Progressive disclosure."~ Remove "a" to make "Configure a new repository" a fragment.

• Add period after "Enter a unique project name" in the screenshot below "Helper text."

• Change "Help text" to "Helper text" in the "General spacing" screenshot.

Creating this epic to cover multiple tree view enhancement requests.

Here's a first set of changes to support the Machine Learning workshop.

I've tested it and it seems to work, but I haven't been able to test to make sure that it doesn't break the other workshops. Maybe leave this open until we can test against CCN?

This PR updates the Card design guidelines to address the following:

• Separates Card and Card view into separate documents and moves Card view guidelines to align with Card view demo in the Demos section of the website.
• Adds Large (Marketing) card as a new card type.
• Adds guidance on border treatments
• Adds Expandable cards
• Adds guidance on selectable cards.
• Adds more usage examples for cards.

Want to add mention of the "Marketing card" variation to the card guidelines. Would mention when you'd use this card over a regular card.
