window-width and entries' alignment during Elfeed update
A situation which commonly arises for me when using Elfeed runs about the following. I'm doing something, then decide to check Elfeed. I pop up a new frame and call Elfeed, which then starts to update the entries. Since the update takes some time, I go back the frame I was previously to do something there. But if the window I go to during Elfeed update is of a different width as the one in which Elfeed-search buffer is open, then the entries get misaligned.
This happens because elfeed-search-print-entry--default gets a plain (window-width) to calculate title-width and thus gets the width of the window I'm at, rather than the one in which Elfeed is running. I've been getting better results by using:
(title-width (- (window-width (get-buffer-window (elfeed-search-buffer) t))
10 elfeed-search-trailing-width))
in elfeed-search-print-entry--default, which I'd like to suggest for your consideration.
