Config and env path should be configurable

Maybe a better option than a config path env var is passing the config file itself as an argument so the path can be handled by the host os terminal input.

Config and env path should be configurable

The expected env vars in the .env file should be required, not the .env file itself. However, both the .env file should be optional and the required config.json file path should still be configurable.

Config and env path should be configurable

The code expects the .env and config.json files to be in the same directory as the go-binary. There should be a way to configure the path to these files rather than expecting them to only be in the same directory as the running code. This causes a problem when mounting these files as a configmap, any existing files get wiped out as the files mount to the target directory. https://github.com/mathew-fleisch/bashbot/blob/main/bashbot.go#L193 https://github.com/mathew-fleisch/bashbot/blob/main/bashbot.go#L592

Perhaps there can be a new environment variable added ("./" by default) that can be overridden to any path (make sure the method of evaluating path is cross compatible)
