Save needs to wait for code completion selection to finish

Great plugin, was looking for this the other day so great to see you've created one.

Works great but a little too effectively. When using the auto-complete contextual menu the save occurs before there is time to make a selection.

Simplest solution would be to add a delay before the doc is saved (which could be manually set perhaps) Or detect for the completion of the selection.
