Also added a few convenience builder functions to create an instance of Member which can make API calls directly, without having to fetch it from the API first.

This is handy for cases where you just want to report events on users from your backend, without making unnecessary roundtrips - if you already know the list iD and user email, you can construct the URL directly.

recipients.segment_opts in MailChimp API docs is optional, hence I have modified the CampaignCreationSegmentOptions accordingly

if anyone else is having save issue make sure your api key actually has the "-xxx" on the end of it, where xxx is the server you plan is based on. for example mine is in this format d4444a2aa33332f72594269e64912347-us5

doh, the api key needs to have the server id on the end of it. my bad
