Add pcb_basics, and troubleshooting, reorder sidebar nav

added two large documents, as well as reorganize the sidebar. I moved resources/howto to the top, and put bakeneko guide above the other guides.

Fix plate, New images for bakeneko guide

While filming, I decided to take some cleaner pics of the assembly for written guide. I also wanted to change the switch inserting section because of all the issues I saw people have of not keeping their plate level. Original images were deleted to keep the repo clean, I have them backed up on my pc.

Savage65 ansi plate file was missing cannons. The cannons have been put back.

Bump jinja2 from 2.10.1 to 2.11.3 dependencies
