ReflectCommandLoader is added to the list of command loaders by default. However, it is never initialized and so it always results in a NullReferenceException as it doesn't have a reference to the app server when TryLoadCommands is called on it.

Add ServerManger for multi server
Hi Kerryjiang,
your multi server design is very good , i can host tcp socket server and wbsocket server at same hoster. now i want to dispatch message form tcp server to websocket server or to one client which connected to websocket.
i found one package "SuperSocket.Management.Server" at NUGET, but it seems not support supersocket 2.0 .
can you give some advice ? thank you .
