AdGuard doesn't listen on right interface anymore.

Besides my initial problems with 4.1.6, i currently don't have any problems anymore. Maybe the "save" workaround on the supervisor -> system -> hosts section fixed the issue for me as well. I remember that I switched from dhcp to static ip while i had the problems. switched now back from static to dhcp. 4.1.6 is still listening on any interfaces.

hm. after several restarts i got something like this:

after from what i read in the discussion #192 , this is something which i didn't expect to see neither, but at least this configuration is working.

Problem/Motivation

AdGuard not listening on LAN IP anymore, just on internal Home-Assistant Interface

Expected behavior

AdGuard should bind to local LAN IP instead of Home-Assistant IP

Steps to reproduce

Don't know what caused it, but it is since this morning (around 10:00 CEST) that the device is not listening anymore. Also and update from 4.1.2 to 4.1.6 didn't fixed it, and I rebooted a couple of times since then.
