Cannot compile Beam binaries for Raspberry PI 3B+

I've compiled the mainnet successfully. For raspberry PI a separate tutorial section should be created.

  1. For successful compilation we need at least 2GB of RAM. If PI device has only 1GB, an additional 1GB of swap space is required, preferable on a device with fast seek time. I used an external SSD. Avoid using the SD card on which OS is installed.

  2. Cmake version from raspbian repositories is usually not the latest one. I had to download the source code (https://cmake.org/download/) and build it for armv7 myself.

  3. CMakeLists.txt must configure the target architecture to armv7 and not core2

  4. The warning from https://github.com/BeamMW/beam/issues/1823#issuecomment-917552862 should either be fixed or suppressed by configuring CMakeLists.txt to not treat warnings as errors.

  5. You must use only one make job. More can crash the PI device (make -j 1)

Try to add a default peeer in the configuration file:

"settings.ini" file should be located in beam folder in AppData/Local. I don't know the equivalent for Apple.

Compilation with 4 concurrent processes crashes the PI. Compilation with one process seems to work but is still very slow (make -j 1)

I received a warning treated as error during compilation processs:
