The previous order of args did not capture -dAutoRotatePages=/None. It leads to unexpected behavior when compressing a pdf with the major orientation of text is vertical.

.bib files getting deleted

Related comment: I used to have latexmk -c -bibtex in my make clean command, which got run in a script before running the sanitizer to generate the arXiv output. This removed the .bbl file, and then the sanitizer wiped the bib files!

To avoid this issue, make sure you're not pre-deleting your bbl before running the sanitizer, since if you do, then your arXiv submission will be missing citations!

about the HED and CEDN scores

We did re-train the models using the same images in the comparisons.

As for the second question, we used MATLAB's bwmorph(grad, 'thin', Inf), where grad is the gradient magnitude of the image, if I remember correctly.

thank you! so you train CEDN and HED in this dataset to get these scores? image but in CEDN paper ,the author use more images to train image and get lower score(57 in the paper), am I miss some important things? its confused me a lot. thank you again!

about the HED and CEDN scores

Hi, you can download the images one by one, using wget, eg for CEDN: wget https://data.vision.ee.ethz.ch/kmaninis/share/COB/Results/CEDN/2008_000003.png or wget https://data.vision.ee.ethz.ch/kmaninis/share/COB/Results/HED_trainval/2008_000003.png for HED.

I would have sent you the pre-computed results in a zip file if I had access to the files, but I don't anymore.

about the HED and CEDN scores

In the paper Convolutional Oriented Boundaries, you offered the hed and cedn scores(ODS) on PASCAL Context: image image If it's convenient, could you offer your retrained model of these two method?or the predicted-images?(cause I cant get the result you presented in your paper) it will help me a lot, thank you!

Are x and y coordinates given with the upper left corner as origin?

Like title says, where is the origin of the x and y coordinate system in the traces in the .jsonl files? I could not find this on your website or in your paper. Maybe I didn't look carefully? Else, I think it would make sense to mention it somewhere.

Can it be used in images?

Hello. OSVOS needs the annotated first frame of a video for fine-tuning. So probably it won't work in your use case, unless the images (and the object to be segmented) are very similar in appearance.

Blank lines introduced by the `commands_to_delete` option

I confirm it fixes my issue. The minor point about the documentation remains: arxiv_latex_cleaner --commands_to_delete \marginnote test_directory doesn't work, but this does arxiv_latex_cleaner test_directory --commands_to_delete \marginnote

Not sure if it's worth opening a new issue for this.
