OpenBSD Support

I'd like to build OpenBSD support for rustup (which has this crate as a dependency). However it doesn't compile at the moment since as noted in your libc comments OpenBSD doesn't have the RLIMIT_AS constant. I did a little bit of digging and it appears to me that OpenBSD doesn't have support at all for determining the limit of the virtual memory address space size. Thus I would propose to only request the RLIMIT_DATA (which is supported https://github.com/openbsd/src/blob/master/sys/sys/resource.h#L84) for OpenBSD and use that as a limit. If this seems reasonable I'd happily do a PR for it.

Keep LibreSSL 3.4.0 up-to-date for OpenBSD -current, continuation

This PR is a continuation of #1479 since the original author doesn't have time to fix it at the moment. I addressed the review comments and ran tests on an OpenBSD snapshot from a few days ago, everything is working fine still.

commit sha 82f1f50335e114071fea6f5b873871b66e9c4372

Skip single use lifetime lint for generated opaque types As reported in issue #77175, the opaque type generated by the desugaring process of an async function uses the lifetimes defined by the originating function. The definition ID for the lifetimes in the opaque method is different from the one in the originating async function and it could therefore be considered a single use of the lifetimne, this causes the single_use_lifetimes lint to fail compilation if explicitly denied. This fix skips the lint for lifetimes used only once in generated opaque types for an async function that are declared in the parent async function definition.

Rewrite ch09

We'd have to update the link to the lsm303agr docs that I use to justify the nT since its still saying mG but we can do that after your new minor release as well so basically yeah ready to merge and then I'll just have to clean it up once the release is there.

doc: The magnetometer values are in nT not mG

commit be8451e723c0021e53d7eb7160ed534bd1abe1a1 introduced the scaling factor of 150 from the microbit codal by lancaster university. This factor is however explicitly mentioned to be a conversion factor to SI units here: https://github.com/lancaster-university/microbit-dal/blob/master/inc/drivers/LSM303Magnetometer.h#L36

With Tesla being the SI unit for magnetic field strength and the documentatoin of the dal also declaring the output values as being nanoteslas it is likely that this means this converts the magnetometer raw data to nanoteslas (This is also the only way the values im measuring with my lsm303agr are explainable).
