Read values from secrets files when using BaseSettings

Wouldn't make more sense letting people decide on how the expected behavior should be? Like I see the use for a default case, but it wouldn't also make sense to let me choose to change how the priorities should be? (not sure on how hard it would be... but it would be nice at least)

Environment variable not overiding sent paramenter

@PrettyWood sadly I didn't want to go this way since its more than 1 parameter and I didn't want to create validators for each one of them. What I'm trying to achieve is something along the lines of having those values picked from a file and then use them as default and then whenever a env var exists use that env var, or by explicitly putting them on the code like that and if the env var exists change to that. So far I found no easy way to do this. Anyone has any good ideas?

@FichteFoll I see your comment about "secrets override values from env", I was wondering on how you would achieve the opposite.

NotImplementedError with column.type.python_type

Reading more into the issue it seems that the problem is with my UUID column, and it wasn't able to translate the UUID because it had no python_type in the UUID type it seems.

from sqlalchemy import Column, func
from sqlalchemy.dialects.postgresql import UUID
test_id = Column(UUID, primary_key=True, server_default=func.uuid_generate_v1mc())

NotImplementedError with column.type.python_type

While testing your project I ran into this issue. Not sure where the column.type.python_test exists because when I was checking the sqlalchemy table declaration there was no reference to it.
