Can Dragonfly sync Docker images across different clusters?

I was wondering if Dragonfly can be used to sync Docker images cross-clusters?

Each cluster is in a different physical location and has connectivity over LAN or WAN to each other.

If the answer is yes, then: What port ranges should I open between the clusters?

Thanks in advance.
