Is this plugin abandoned?

@PierreAdam Thanks for the honest answer to this issue. Thank you for any work you might put into this. I also don't know Scala (using Play with Java) and stumbled on things I couldn't do, due to Scala ignorance.

Add docs for generating classes custom service

BTW, this from your PR is wrong:

The whole point of using build-helper-maven-plugin is for maven to be aware of the generated sources and to include them in the artifact when built.

Ah, makes sense  I'm not well versed at all in Maven, I've been using sbt (Play Framework) the last 5 years or so... so, I created a maven project in the IDE (and I struggled a bit with that) in order to generate the sources and then copy them to my project... as I couldn't figure out a way of do it, inside my project :)

I would be interested in pointers on how execute the plugin manually :)

Add docs for generating classes custom service

Hi @davidmoten As discussed via email, here's an update to documentation to address the issues I had while discovering how to make it work (with your help in issue #160 )

Adds documentation on how to generate the classes for a custom OData (non-microsoft) API and how to access it authorizing the thing with JWT Tokens.

Also completes the example for the pom.xml file
