No idea why this ended up here, but this is not the maven-plugin you are using.

Main class has to be a subclass of javafx.application.Application

Why does the main class have to be a subclass of javafx.application.Application? I created a separate class that extends javafx.application.Application.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Error: class com.company.Launcher is not a subclass of javafx.application.Application
        at javafx.graphics/javafx.application.Application.launch(Application.java:298)

My main class then calls the launch method:

public class MyFX extends Application {
...
}
public class Launcher {
    public static void main(String[] args) {
        MyFX.launch();
    }
}
<plugin>
   <groupId>org.openjfx</groupId>
   <artifactId>javafx-maven-plugin</artifactId>
   <version>0.0.4</version>
   <configuration>
        <mainClass>com.company.Launcher</mainClass>
   </configuration>
</plugin>

Just a short update: I tried to uninstall everything, deleted all Hyper-V VM-files, restarted my system and installed via chocolatey again. The current version is 2.3.0.3 which seems to work again for me. Maybe others on this issue-ticket can try to verify this?!

ARM compatiblilty

@MathewBurnett A Raspberry Pi 4 can be extended with a SATA storage, or a NVMe-drive via USB, and as this is some cache-tool, why not adding ARM as a nice feature, where it only counts towards having stuff cached, and not just focusing on "high speed"? A "private LAN party" with a shared internet connection can benefit from an already existing RasPi which is running PiHole or any other convenience-tool might just host some instance of lancache too.

[NEXUS-14427] Usage of the UID via environment

Oh stupid me :) you are right @jonashartwig, no idea why this slipped my mind ... the user gets added at build-time. Maybe this should be changed too? Like "once per container"? The problem I see is this being hardcoded, so I would be forced to create my own Dockerfile to override this. Not sure which solution would be better: build-time or execution-time?! But whatever solution get's picked, it is better than current state where this is hard-coded.

@jonashartwig I'm against having this being a build arg, makes it impossible to just change it for different container-instances.

Maybe you misunderstood me, I do have valid msg-files that are emails, not contact cards. This issue still exists, but my given example was not as my actual setup is. Can you please re-open this issue? I will try to provide some example-file, but this will take some time.

java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "101f-00000001"

I am having trouble with some stored .msg-files I want to load/parse.

final OutlookMessageParser parser = new OutlookMessageParser();

try{
    parser.parseMsg("somefile.msg");
} catch(Throwable ex){
    // NO-OP please ignore, this is example code, you know
}

When trying to load the file I get this stacktrace:

23:28:23.790 [main] INFO org.simplejavamail.outlookmessageparser.OutlookMessageParser - Could not parse directory entry __substg1.0_8009101F-00000001

	at org.simplejavamail.outlookmessageparser.OutlookMessageParser.parseMsg(OutlookMessageParser.java:129)
	at org.simplejavamail.outlookmessageparser.OutlookMessageParser.parseMsg(OutlookMessageParser.java:98)

Using some example-files (https://github.com/bbottema/outlook-message-parser/tree/master/src/test/resources/test-messages) provided by this project it works. I will try to get some example file ready, but as this is some kind of paid-work stuff, this will take some time to provide a proper .msg-file for debugging.

@jlagermann you might want to update your software and to rescan your system, according to virus total there is no infection found from the installer provided by github-releases https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/6872ecfbe56eaedd1e4d50edebe208f43962e9c642a2b604736ad03fb21ce7ec/detection

But it could be that your file in fact got corrupted/infected.
